Celeste Greene offers individual yoga therapy at the Living Yoga Studio. She works with students who suffer from a wide range of ailments including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, cancer, hyper-sensitization, eating disorders, and sleep disorders. Her teaching encourages students to develop a stable body, breath, and mind through a personalized yoga practice designed to bring the whole person towards healing.

Celeste is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher with over 2,000 hours and 10 years of teaching experience. She began practicing yoga at age 15 and started teaching in 2009 after completing her first teacher training. She went on to complete her 500 hour training at Yoga Well Institute in the Krishnamacharya lineage of TKV Desikachar with C. Bossart and Robyn Love. Celeste then finished her certification in yoga therapy in 2021 by completing a 3.5 year 1,008 hour program accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Alongside her yoga training, Celeste has been a devoted meditation practitioner since 2011 with her teacher D. Pomerantz in the lineage of Sri Aurobindo.

In addition to her work at the Living Yoga Studio, Celeste sees patients at the the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, mentors yoga teachers, leads teacher trainings, and conducts group retreats. Her deep interest in meditation and yoga extends beyond a formal practice. Celeste also paints, sculpts and designs as a student of yoga. She is deeply fulfilled by this work, and humbled to share her knowledge with others on their path towards healing.
